Your role is to be a "people focussed" Manager to lead and drive the team to deliver outstanding results, and exceed sales goals and profit for your store.
A bit about You
To succeed in this role you must be a people manager who understands how important it is to coach, train and empower your team of Besties.
You should enjoy making the working environment fun and ensure that we like working together.
You'd have demonstrated responsibility for inspiring your team to create a real sense of responsibility, accountability and ownership.
You will have extensive experience managing a team in a retail or customer service environment and can work in a busy, fast paced environment.
You will have demonstrated commercial acumen in your ability to drive sales, reduce costs and increase profit.
You'll have a creative flare shown in your innovative retail strategies through to your visual merchandising style.
