Mondelez International is looking for Corporate Affairs Senior Analyst.

Position Purpose

Execute Internal & external communications in market / category

Responsibilities : INTERNAL

INTERNAL

  • Develop creative and engaging local employee communications content for global, local and regional comms channels supporting four global reputation platforms (news stories, news roundups, leadership messages, etc.
  • Local language and English.

  • Develop supporting multimedia communication materials, such as videos, infographics in-house or with outside agency support as needed
  • Execute communication events, such as town halls or leadership talks. Staging, run of show, content.
  • Activate global and regional campaigns in markets / categories
  • Maintain market / category editorial calendars for internal communication activities
  • May play role on region / global teams and projects
  • Counsel marketers on endomarkting (execution led by marketers)
  • Disseminate communications using internal communication channels, in line with global and regional channels (Intranet, news round-ups, email blasts)
  • Track and measure internal communications efforts
  • May play role on key region teams and projects, such as best practice sharing circles
  • Active community involvenment
  • EXTERNAL

  • Develop and pitch media on company stories in line with four global reputation platforms (brand PR managed by Marketing with exception of Tier 1)
  • Develop and pitch media on company stories in line with four global reputation platforms (brand PR managed by Marketing with exception of Tier 1)
  • Develop creative and engaging media relations content (press releases, infographics, messaging, Q&A, social media posts)
  • Develop supporting multimedia communication materials, such as videos, infographics in-house or with outside agency support as needed
  • Execute media outreach activities such as media days, desk side briefings, etc.
  • Execute media monitoring
  • Ensure all Tier 1 media interactions are enter into Vocus and circulated globally
  • Track and measure external communications efforts
  • Maintain market / category editorial calendars for external communications activities
  • Disseminate external communications using internal proper channels and wire services inline with global guidelines
  • Enter Tier 1 media interactions into global Vocus system and circulate globally
  • Track and measure external communications efforts
  • Partner with internal communications team to share positive coverage with employees base
  • Review marketing materials to ensure alignment with MDLZ reputation
  • May play role on key region teams and projects, such as best practice sharing circles
  • Qualifications

    The successful candidate will be a :

  • Bachellor degree in Comunnications.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English and local language)
  • Creative writing and storytelling skills
  • Crisis communications / risk management
  • Understanding of Public comms guidelines
  • Ability to navigate media landscape and build relationships with reporters
  • Channel management, incl. social media
  • Detailed knowledge of business and brands
  • Abilities :
