JOB DESCRIPTION

1 / Employee data input into HRIS

  • Collect and check employee data then input employee data into the HR system.
  • Update resignation, training, report line changes information to the system
  • 2 / Employee profile preparation

  • Collect personnel documents (hard copies) and follow up till done.
  • Remind of probation evaluation, collect probation forms and then deliver labour contracts after employees passing probation.
  • 3 / Prepare logistic and Registration for new hires

  • Prepare Insurance forms and Collect hard copy forms and send to C&B.
  • Collect confirmation and update new hires' insurance information on HRIS
  • Collect and deliver employees' tax information to C&B team
  • Support to arrange interview meetings.
  • Other tasks as assigned from time to time.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Business or related fields
  • Having previous experience in HR is a plus
  • Fluent usage of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation and time management skills
