1 / Employee data input into HRIS
Collect and check employee data then input employee data into the HR system.
Update resignation, training, report line changes information to the system
2 / Employee profile preparation
Collect personnel documents (hard copies) and follow up till done.
Remind of probation evaluation, collect probation forms and then deliver labour contracts after employees passing probation.
3 / Prepare logistic and Registration for new hires
Prepare Insurance forms and Collect hard copy forms and send to C&B.
Collect confirmation and update new hires' insurance information on HRIS
Collect and deliver employees' tax information to C&B team
Support to arrange interview meetings.
Other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Bachelor degree in Business or related fields
Having previous experience in HR is a plus
Fluent usage of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and time management skills
