  • Understand and apply our standard concept of Consumer Finance collections into local conditions;
  • Lead the training camps and retraining programs of CCC (Collection Call Center)
  • Analyze the weaknesses of CCC Operators and design the Training materials or customize the Training programs;
  • Develop the special training materials if requested;
  • Regularly collect feedback from CCC to analyze the training needs and establishing training plan. Exercises initiatives and judgment in handling routine and confidential materials / enquiries;
  • Build the long term development programs for CCC Operators

  • Experience in training, used to work in consumer finance industry is preferred;
  • Logical thinking;
  • Excellent in public speaking and presentation skills;
  • Excellent in effective communication
  • Excellent in coaching skills;
  • A generic understanding of Information Technology, its capabilities and principles;
  • PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office, etc )
