The incumbent will oversee / control all Human Resources functions, activities and services for Venezuela. Ensure the provision of specialist consultancy service and support to business line management and the effective delivery / administration of HR programs.
Work with other business segment line and HR management to develop long / mid / short range strategic business plans and establish / implement approved Human Resources strategies, programs, policies, practices and procedures to support them.
Ensure compliance with local regulatory and labor legislation requirements.
