As a Customer Service Agent you must handle inbound, outbound calls, chats and emails. You must be fluid in English, proactive and able to multitask.
You must ensure client creation and retention, and you must also undertake additional tasks. Mandatory requirements : - Located at Venezuela.
Have a laptop or computer, and headset. - Have (or be able to attain) another means of communication (personal landline or cell phone, for emergency purposes).
The job is Monday through Friday from 9 AM- 6 PM Miami time (there is one hour for lunch included). It is conducted from home so a reliable internet connection is required.
There is monitoring of the screen during work. The starting salary is US$150 / month, depending in your abilities there is unlimited growth potential.
