ABOUT THE JOB

As our next Sales and Customer Service Manager you will responsible for delivering a consistently excellent level of service to every British Council customer, providing an effective, efficient quality-

driven and integrated response, and thereby contributing to the achievement of sales targets, through the effective management of the Front Line Team and its systems.

SOBRE EL CARGO

  • Como nuestro Gerente de Ventas y Servicio al Cliente deberá proveer un excelente servicio a todos los usuarios del British Council, mediante la gestión eficaz del equipo de primera línea y sus sistemas;
  • generar respuestas integradas, eficientes y de calidad; y contribuir a alcanzar las metas de ventas.

    WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • You should have proven track record in handling high volume and demanding customer services; significant experience in line managing customer services providers in a multicultural environment;
  • managing customer-facing teams to deliver business outcomes in a KPI-driven environment.

    PRINCIPALES REQUISITOS

  • Debe contar con experiencia comprobable en el manejo de altos volúmenes de clientes y de clientes exigentes; experiencia considerable en el manejo de proveedores de atención al cliente en un entorno multicultural;
  • manejo de equipos que atienden clientes para obtener resultados comerciales en un entorno basado en indicadores clave de rendimiento. WHY SHOULD YOU APPLY?
