Mondelez International is looking for Manufacturing Manager .
Lead and manage all Conversion, Maintenance and Warehousing processes within the Plant according to ILS6 culture. Assure the best possible allocation of resources in order to produce planned and budgeted volume on time, within the required Mondelez standards and Management Systems on Quality, Safety and Environment.
All under guideline with Cluster / Category / Region strategy.
Ensure that conversion sections and processes are at the top of the industry regarding line productivity and efficiency targets.
Responsible for conversion KPI’s - lines’ efficiency, yield, rework, overweight, scrap, line manning, and production volume.
MaintenanceLead and manage maintenance and repair activities at the Plant as well as providing uninterrupted utilities supply in order to guarantee meeting production volume, plans and effective maintenance of assets.
Lead agenda of autonomous maintenance of the plant under guidelines of IL6S master plan
Supervise Warehouse manager for proper storage and control of finish good products at the plant bufferSupervise Warehouse manager for the dispatch from plant’s buffer to DC the FG requirement by CS&L
Support SSE programs and reinforce safe behavior of Conversion, maintenance and warehousing employees. Acts as safety leader in Manufacturing recognizing dangers and offences to protect employees from accidents and legal actions resulting from that.
ILS6Bear responsibility for productivity and IL6 projects in Manufacturing. Manage interfaces with Category ISC, Engineering and R&D for new products, new processes, product promotions, and reformulation / de-
complexity projects. Permanently challenge status quo in the day-to-day activities in Manufacturing to promote new initiatives.
Responsible for the integration of technical / maintenance expertise in Manufacturing. Responsible for ensuring an optimum use of M&R (Maintenance & Repair) budget and preventive maintenance activities to be conducted in accordance to the plan.
Manage interfaces of other plant functions (Controlling, Quality, Engineering, SSE, etc) and suppliers. Bear overall responsibility for establishing team culture at the lines, maintenance and warehousing by providing clear understanding of the requirements for the IL6S culture (e.
g. organization, TPM, behaviours / attitude and culture). Communicate plans and information to sections’ teams and follow through on all commitments.
Definition and tracking of manufacturing process-relevant KPIs as well as definition of capacity and line staff requirements as the basis for production planning and product costing.
Ensure payback calculation for projects and cost calculation for products in Manufacturing together with Cluster Controller.
Responsible for correct collection and registration of cost and line shift performance data.Give support to the ISO team to establish the environmental aspects in the different operation conditions of the plant.
Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the systems management QCMS / ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18000, PAS2200 and programs of continuous improvement to reach optimal results in the quality of the product, satisfaction to the client and in the environmental performance, guaranteeing a sustainable development in the time.
Participate in the pursuit and spreading of the policies of quality, atmosphere, security and objectives of the management systems.
Know and apply the actions to take in case of emergency in the organization described in the plan of control of emergencies.
