JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conduct and coordinate the activities required in the change management process including Business owner and stakeholders engagement, impact assessment, communication, meeting facility, training, tracking, knowledge transfer,
  • Work collaboratively with Process analyst, PMO and Business departments to guide them on how to submit the requests to IT, how the changes are executed and released with a customer-
  • centric approach’’ - always be calm to explain the guidance, direction, decisions and recommendations to solve the changes / issues.

  • Work closely with IT colleagues and partners to assess, analyze the IT impacts, estimate, plan and implement the changes within defined time.
  • Monitor and measure the execution and effectiveness of change management efforts (by using Service Desk tool to receive request, give feedback, create task, make plan, update status / progress and create reports inside)
  • Research and test the tools regarding change management as well as responsible for their implementation in IT and for resources visualization as required
  • Ability to work with internal / external audit team for preparing the documents related to change management
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 year experience in Change management or 2 years practical experience in Project management
  • Required technical understanding of SDLC or working knowledge of software development method
  • Working knowledge of ITIL, ISO / ISMS and drawing process model diagrams
  • Expert knowledge of excel / google spreadsheet and / or other tools used for reporting
  • Ability to use LibreOffice / OpenProject, G-suite, MS SQL
  • Strong communication, good problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Organization skill to prioritize, manage and integrate work plans for multi-works / tasks / projects
  • People oriented, sociable
  • Thoughtful listener, calm and stable to deal with customers and IT colleagues
  • Flexible approach to most situations and people. Result and action oriented.
