  • Plan, manage and drive insight collections activities that support strategic goals
  • Develop frameworks, models, tools and processes to institutionalise findings
  • Plan, design, manage and execute customer research in support of pain point investigation or process improvements
  • Ensure all research is designed and analysed in such a way that it is easily translated into usable insight by a non-technical audience.
  • Synthesize methodology and data from different sources to deliver business insights and strategic recommendations
  • Analyse large, complex data sets presenting the behavior of financial consumers to address strategic and operational business questions
  • Analyse, visualise, and provide analytics on significant amounts of data to support company initiatives.
  • Use business insights to translate the strategy into fact based customer presentations
  • Create meaningful presentations, reports and analysis that tell a story focused on insights, not just data
  • Maintain awareness and fluency of major and / or relevant studies and insight resources
  • Build dynamic and rich dashboards using out-of-box features, customisation, and visualisation to track and monitor business performance as well as customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with CUSTEX & Process Improvement team to drive continuous improvement in their processes & customer experiences
  • Acts as single point of contact for business & customer insights data, acting as a funnel for communication

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics / Statistics, Economics, Psychology
  • 2 or more years’ experience in an analysis, market research or consulting role.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Working knowledge of SQL or other programming language
  • Ability to communicate complex results to less quantitatively sophisticated users
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills along with high attention to details
  • Ability to provide recommendations based on analytical findings
  • Intermediate English proficiency
