Your Impact as HR Manager

  • Define, plan and implement policies and procedures in the Human Resources area, that is aligned with the organization's strategy and specific to the subsystems that make up the area
  • Evaluate the need to generate activities, processes, and policies, communicate them, and monitor their compliance
  • Guide and advise Managers and Heads of areas in the application of policies and procedures, legal aspects, and particular situations of the collaborators under their dependence.
  • Ensure that the selection processes follow the defined policies, with the aim of having the best candidate for the position according to their functions, behaviors, and competencies
  • Generate development plans, according to the detection of gaps and succession plans
  • Provide a robust training plan for all staff in the organization
  • Identify development opportunities within the organization for key talents within the organization
  • Due to the volitivity of the economical and political situation in Venezuela, ensure compensation is aligned with the market and legal framework
  • Initiate frequent reviews not only around external conditions but also the financial situation in Vicson
  • Support Change Management within the organization, generated by various projects related to the way of working (WoW), culture, and digital transformation
  • Ensure efficient and effective communication with employees, and advise managers in the implementation of new projects / programs
  • Maintaining the highest levels of employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Responsible for Union relations, negotiations, collective agreement, and legal framework compliance
  • About You

    Essential skills & competences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources management, Psychology, law, business administration, or related
  • 5 years of specific experience as HR Manager, minimum of 10 years of total work experience
  • Training in human resources and / or organizational development
  • Knowledge of labor laws / labor relations, compensation, people development
  • Bilingual Spanish- English
  • Excel advanced level
  • Problem-solving
  • Persuasive verbal and non-verbal communication
