Your Impact as HR Manager
Define, plan and implement policies and procedures in the Human Resources area, that is aligned with the organization's strategy and specific to the subsystems that make up the area
Evaluate the need to generate activities, processes, and policies, communicate them, and monitor their compliance
Guide and advise Managers and Heads of areas in the application of policies and procedures, legal aspects, and particular situations of the collaborators under their dependence.
Ensure that the selection processes follow the defined policies, with the aim of having the best candidate for the position according to their functions, behaviors, and competencies
Generate development plans, according to the detection of gaps and succession plans
Provide a robust training plan for all staff in the organization
Identify development opportunities within the organization for key talents within the organization
Due to the volitivity of the economical and political situation in Venezuela, ensure compensation is aligned with the market and legal framework
Initiate frequent reviews not only around external conditions but also the financial situation in Vicson
Support Change Management within the organization, generated by various projects related to the way of working (WoW), culture, and digital transformation
Ensure efficient and effective communication with employees, and advise managers in the implementation of new projects / programs
Maintaining the highest levels of employee engagement and wellbeing
Responsible for Union relations, negotiations, collective agreement, and legal framework compliance
About You
Essential skills & competences
Bachelor’s degree in Human resources management, Psychology, law, business administration, or related
5 years of specific experience as HR Manager, minimum of 10 years of total work experience
Training in human resources and / or organizational development
Knowledge of labor laws / labor relations, compensation, people development
Bilingual Spanish- English
Excel advanced level
Problem-solving
Persuasive verbal and non-verbal communication
