  • Monitor marketplace to explore / identify and develop new opportunities for business development
  • Produce the business case (feasibility study) for new business initiative for approval / prioritisation to show how it is expected to perform, its fit with business strategy, client and channel strategies
  • Produce / input to project / development plan, specifying goals, project phases, timescales and resource implications in order to obtain sign off from key players
  • Use structured project management to manage the development in detail, carrying out regular reviews, identifying and resolving problems in order to meet goals and milestones
  • Monitor, manage and report on the performance of new segment against P&L goals, client and customer expectations, driving recommendations for continual improvement
  • Tightly work with relevant departments to solve / handle requests from new cooperated partners to maintain good business relationships
  • Share learning & provide advice / guidance on business areas with other team members to build high performance business development team

  • University degree major in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economic...
  • Practical experience : A minimum of 2 years of related work experience
  • Experience in program managing complexly projects
  • Language skills : Advanced English, Vietnamese
  • Displays strong drive for results, energy, change management and communication skills
  • Exceptional cross-boundary collaboration, and program management skill set
  • Methodical approach with polished organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities and projects concurrently
  • Excellent conceptualisation, analytical, and logic skills enabling comprehension and development of complex business issues, topics, and plans
  • Knowledge and experience in portfolio and / or project management techniques
  • Subject matter expertise in Sales
  • Project Management Certification (PMP) is a plus
  • Process improvement and development skill set and / or six sigma certification is a plus
