Mondelez International is looking for Corporate Communications Coordinator .
Primary Communications lead in a market / category responsible for telling our company story internally and externally. Develop and execute end state Communications startegy.
Implement the Public Affairs agenda at regional (Lara & Carabobo States) level.
Responsibilities : GENERAL
Coordinate and ensure Inspection protocol delivery for both manufacturing plants.
Manage business critical emerging issues within the manufacturing cluster : internal comms, union related and with external audiences
Develop and implement internal and external communications strategy for market / category focused on the company’s four reputation platforms
Ensure market / category is well re represented in global and regional channels
Counsel and coach leaders on communication topics
Oversee market / category editorial calendars to ensure integrated approach
Manage communication agencies
Prepare updates for function and region reports about upcoming communications
May play role on region / global teams and projects
Develop creative internal communications content, with a focus on storytelling.
Manage local internal communication channels, in line with global and regional channel strategy (town halls, e-newsletters)
Develop MDLZ corporate stories for pitching to local Tier 1 media : Develop storyline and press materials, pitch media, arrange interviews, manage media engagement, capture coverage
Media train leaders and engage in interviews
Engage with media in crisis / special situations
Host media days / desk side visits with reporters
Counsel marketers on brand PR and cause marketing programs (Brand PR executed by marketing with exception of Tier 1)
Oversee media monitoring and posting
Drive MDLZ presence in local market via globally aligned external channels (internet sites in large markets, geotargeted social media channels)
Active Community involvenment
The successful candidate will be a :
Bachelor degree in Communications, Public Affairs, International studies
Expert media relations capabilities
Channel expertise, incl. social media
Creative writing and storytelling skills
Crisis comms / risk management
Counsel / coach leaders
Detailed knowledge of business and brands
Crisis / Reputation Management
Impact & Well being
Issue solving proactivity
Connectivity with región and global teams
5-8 years of corporate affairs experienceUnderstanding of Public Comms guidelines
