Serve as a point of contact for Change Management process to ensure that Change activities are conducted, that dependencies with other implementation activities are identified, and that synchronisation takes place from business process Management perspective
Ultimately own the Change Management process governance to ensure it is followed, monitored and communicated lesson learned, hence continuously improved
Coordinate with Change Requester and other business stakeholders to obtain required information, and facilitate request for Change processing.
Coordinate with business stakeholders for conducting impact analysis, Change readiness assessment and prioritisation
Maintain Change log, Change schedule, history and documentation for Change activities by utilising authorised tracking and documentation tools.
Regularly communicate and report the Change activities plus their effectiveness across the organisation.
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs for Change Management process.
Continuously build strong relationships with business and it counter parts to drive user adoption and deliver effective business solutions

Bachelor degree or above
