1) Process management :
Participate in process review and comment
Coordinate with OPS Training team to update changes to relevant teams / departments
Participate in company projects to contribute ideas / comments on behalf of Operations
2) Process optimization :
Cooperate with relevant departments (such as : BPO, IT, OPS MIS, etc ) to optimize processes for gaining more efficiency and customer satisfaction
Come up with proposals for process changes whenever finding any ineffective processes
Be responsible for all required changes based on business changes / company projects (such as : updating internal work instruction, bonus scheme, etc )
3) Perform other related duties as required and assigned by OPS Process and QA Manager.
