We are looking for a professional in the Commercial area to occupy the position of Territory Supervisor whose general purpose of the position is :
Ensure compliance and implementation of its business management model.Understand, analyze, raise and consolidate market information based on competitor movements, the regulatory framework and PMI compliance standards, which allows you to identify BP / BOWATTS in your region and design tactical plans that respond to them.
Define the objectives of your team's activities by identifying key factors to address the BP / OWATTS.
Plan, distribute and prioritize the necessary objectives to achieve the proposed goals and maximize the return on investment.
Guarantee the execution of the plans in their territory, monitoring their implementation and results of their KPIs, focusing on the quality of attention to the clients assigned to their team.
Job profileUniversity Professional in Administration, Marketing or related career with postgraduate studies (preferably) in Business Administration, Marketing or related areas.
Minimum experience of 4 years in supervisory positions in the sales area.Intermediate management of the English languageExcellent handling of Word and ExcelOwn vehicleKnowledge in SAP (non-restrictive)
