Builds annual training program and prepare teaching plans.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fields
Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
Min 3-5 Years proven experience in teaching and designing multiple training events Indispensable
