Job Brief :

  • Job opening is for the role of Inside Sales Representative for Futurescape Corporation,Ottawa,Canada(Remote Job). Inside Technical Sales role will generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders;
  • understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information and developing accounts. This is a front line sales position which will be customer facing reselling mechanical engineering technology driving the sales process from start to finish.

    Responsibilities :

  • Assesses competitors by analyzing ad summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching ad identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport, providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
  • Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and email inquiries; verifying and entering information in a CRM to support account development and business forecasting
  • Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; communicating expected delivery date; explaining stock-outs.
  • Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
  • Should be able to communicate in English.

  • Ability to travel in Canada and internationally
