JOB DESCRIPTION Real Estate Manager Iberia Position Location : Barcelona or Madrid We are looking for a Property Manager to drive profitable retail growth through store portfolio expansion and Franchise management.

You’ll be responsible for executing development plans, manage the relationship with Landlords, Agents and other stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive excellence in real estate management.

You will also manage and assess the existing store portfolio in order to optimise the performance of LS&Co. network. Responsibilities : Work closely with our appointed Property agents for store lease work, rates cost challenges and service charge work Work closely with store development in Brussels HQ and locally appointed project managers to deliver the best possible store fit out timely, within budget and to a high standard of completion Select and propose the right real estate projects including relocations for further expansion of the LS&Co brand, in line with the overall expansion strategy and maintaining alignment with Wholesale Build solid relationships with all Landlords, non-Levi’s Agents, developers and city councils.

Promote the LS&Co brands with Landlords and developers Follow up each new / existing real estate project from beginning to end (new, refits, closings, conversions), liaising with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure completion within the agreed deadlines and budget.

Prepare Retail Property Board files for HQ approval timely and accurately and also to follow through projects escalated for main board approval.

Track all real estate contracts and ensure adequate renewals / terminations in conjunction with our agents and legal firm Build good relationship with franchise partners and work jointly on new real estate projects to drive the LS&CO Way’ and reach business objectives, both annual and long term Provide regular feedback to the Franchise & Expansions Director on all ongoing real estate projects across the market and the LS&Co position / status To work with the F&E Director, Retail Director, Finance and the Leadership team to prepare AFP and strategic business plans Support the F&E Director in all aspects of Franchise & Expansion including ad hoc non retail estate work and substitution for the F&E Director in key meetings Complete administration tasks e.

g. in relation to database management, document retention Requirements : Minimum 4 years’ specific experience in Retail Real Estate Development and Management (Agent and / or Retailer) Excellent knowledge of Distribution, Real Estate Market and Retail Competition in the Spanish market Affinity with legal compliance and technical requirements of a commercial space Sound Contract Management experience Use to work with P&L Excellent negotiation and influencing skills Proactive approach with an analytical mindset Expert in communication Able to understand priorities of the business and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong networking skills Full valid driving license Fluent in English & Spanish is required
