Join our HR team working from your home, which will support Amazon across certain MENA (Middle East and North Africa) countries.

The Hub provides a multi-language capability to our internal customers and, we are looking for HR Administrators. Reporting into an HR Team Lead, role holders will provide HR Administration Services and support to our employees.

Responsibilities :

  • Work on and support key employee life cycle processes such as new starters, data management, absence management, transfers and leavers.
  • Input, update and maintain all HR related data in a timely manner. Maintain the accuracy of information and key changes as and when necessary and by deadlines as required
  • Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment of the employee population. Maintain, manage and regularly audit all electronic personnel files.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Take ownership to Communicate effectively with a high degree of customer focus both verbally and in written form with employees to explain and resolve queries and concerns.
  • This could be via email, phone and chat / instant messaging

    Home Office Requirements :

  • A quiet and private place to work where you will not be disturbed.
  • Internet connection from a reliable provider with a speed of at least 20mbps as of Day 1 of your employment

  • Input, update and maintain candidate related data in a timely manner with a strong eye-for-detail.
  • Own execution of day-to-day transactions that are complex in nature and typically requires analytical and critical thinking.
  • Maintain, manage and regularly audit all digital & physical personnel files.
  • Partner with diverse HR teams, provide support and process transactions to deliver a top-notch day one experience to new hires.
  • Take ownership to communicate effectively with high degree of customer focus to explain and resolve queries and concerns.
  • This could be via email, phone and chat / instant messaging.

  • Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accuracy and adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
  • Identify bottlenecks and trouble shoot issues.
  • Ensure service level commitments and quality standards are met.
  • Support and train new hires, involve in audits and reviews of others work.
  • Continually strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the processes.
  • Involve in projects as necessary as subject matter expert and work towards the goals of the project.

  • Onboard the offer accepted candidates to Amazon and its internal systems.
  • Work with single or multiple countries and for all Amazon business lines.
  • Be mindful while processing transactions and generating documents as this has financial and legal obligations. We strive to provide a good candidate experience.
  • Constantly display high integrity values while dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Communicate with different stake holders involved in the onboarding process to track and update candidates onboarding status.
  • Act as an SME and involve in performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting errors.
  • Explore opportunities to improve process efficiencies.
