Job Description :

Customer Success Manager (CSM)

As a CSM, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships as a Trusted Advisor while promoting retention and loyalty with our Broadcom software solutions.

You will be responsible for creating success plans, planning adoption approaches and ensuring successful completion of adoption activities across the customer’s portfolio of Broadcom software products.

You will gather account intelligence and orchestrate capabilities across teams to ensure our customers receive maximum business value from their investment in Broadcom.
