JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead a Genesys team which plays a role in L1 support with issue identification & troubleshooting, root cause analysis, solution verification and measurement of post improvement implementation
  • Manage dialling campaigns, call lists, agent groups, agents, skills in Genesys
  • Create real-time call traffic templates in CCPulse such as campaign, dialler agents, call list penetration
  • Create call center performance reports in SQL for monitoring and enhancement purposes
  • Cooperate with agent dialler team for requirement assessments, process reviews and business result improvements
  • Define goals and KPIs for calling strategy and optimize productivity of operators
  • Other ad-hoc task assignments

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in IT or related fields
  • Good knowledge of CTI / Telephone infrastructure, routing strategies, inbound & outbound campaigns, outbound processes, SIP, OCS, VOIP
  • Be able to do multi tasks, set priorities, work under pressure and provide on job training
  • Having demonstrated experience in driving results and coordinating activities to solve problems across multi-functional / diverse teams;
  • and leading with high energy and a positive attitude

  • Experience in the same or similar positions in Call Center is preferred
  • Experience in Genesys CTI, Genesys Administration, WDE, IWS, GQM, voice bot, IVR is advantage
