JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Receive all documents relating to 3rd party : appendix, service contract, Announcement Letter and proposal
  • Ensure to verify the contracts / appendix legally before submit signature & uploading in system
  • Solve problems related to 3rd party
  • Database management, run reports, calculate data & reconcile with partner
  • Contribute ideas to take care partner
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to solve issue
  • Ensure all task list be followed up property in time
  • Other admin tasks required by dept management

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • More than 1 year experience in same position
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Microsoft word, excel and power point skills
  • Good English skills : writing, reading, speaking
