About the Job :

Dockers® is looking for a DFO Coordinator to coordinate and execute the strategic development of the Retail Strategy across Europe for factory outlets (DFO and LFO), owning store operations, and 5P coordination.

This role will also have the direct responsibility as District Manager for the factory outlets in Spain in the different business models (O&O, franchisee & Concessions) and will support the DM of other countries in the strategy's execution.

The combination of the functions of DM and DFO Coordination within the same position is important for the correct development of the position that requires constant feedback with stores, consumers, and market dynamics.

This is a key coordination role in the Dockers® Retail distressed business and an opportunity to build and grow this area of the Dockers® business.

This role will report directly to the Retail Lead and will require significant cross-functional collaboration with regional merchandising, marketing, planning, and allocation as well as strong competencies as District Manager.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for DFO stores P&L accountability.
  • You are responsible for the successful launch of stores and driving the revenue and physical store count.
  • In consultation with the Retail Lead, shape the initiatives and annual objectives related to budgets and strategic planning under your navigation.
  • You will run center-led management operations and 5p coordination place, promo, product / assortments and inventories, price, and people, to ensure the financial plan objectives (net sales and profitability MGP% levels channel AFP) and always keeping the consumer at the center by offering a personalized "consumers solutions" proposals.
  • You will be supporting and implementing an omnichannel approach
  • Responsible for tailored store plans and objectives specific to each market.
  • You guide our stores through innovative product merchandising and allocations / replenishment processes to drive sales and store productivity.
  • You will define the objectives and action plans around the 5P, always aligned with the regional strategy and the company financial objectives
  • Partner with Retail Operations Lead and local operations support in developing the training you will ensure is executed on training programs to support a world-class retail experience for the Dockers customer.
  • Creating and developing a structured WOW and process between all direct and indirect departments implicated in the strategy execution (Stores, Planners, merchandisers, allocators, marketing).
  • Build an effective team of talent and develop existing talent to meet future growth goals.
  • As a natural people developer, you lead functional training and the identification and growth of our future people leaders.
  • Develop your team and develop a pipeline of capable leaders and SM, to support the organization as we grow.
  • Key long-term focus areas :

  • Exceeding our annual sales and growth targets by seamless execution of our retail strategy for Europe.
  • Ensuring the successful launch, profitability, and success of new Dockers Factory Outlets.
  • Acceleration and implementation of our people leadership and store opening best practices globally.
  • About You :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, other related fields.
  • You have a strong awareness of the Dockers brand, product, and customer.
  • You have a deep understanding of the apparel industry and you understand the retail, digital and wholesale landscape including the latest trends and innovations with a laser focus on retail.
  • You have previous experience leading a retail team in a global omni-channel apparel organization through rapid successful growth with proven results.
  • Demonstrated operational mindset to create process and WOW coordination between the different implicated departments.
  • Strategic and Tactical skills to create a seasonal GTM & consumer calendar with successful adaptation to market performance.
  • Works well with changing operational requirements in pursuit of sales targets.
  • Interprets KPIs and leveraging data-driven insights; competent in forecasting and delivering against revenue and trade forecasts.
  • You love being in stores, on the floor and working with your people.
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions.
