To own and manage a full range of deliverables for an assigned brand from initial planning to final execution. The position manages the execution of work on assigned projects, holding all team members accountable and adhering to quality control best practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage execution of all projects for an assigned brand from initial planning to deployment, day-to-day management, and measurement.
  • Responsible for ensuring all deadlines are met, the project budget is monitored, and stakeholders are informed of status at all stages.
  • Responsible for managing communication of client deliverables as well as sending periodic reminders to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Understand and uphold internal process - leading by example.
  • Leading internal project status meetings.
  • Create detailed project plans for all assigned projects.
  • Pull financial requests through coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the med-legal process for Client submissions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to obtain and communicate specifications to internal and external teams to ensure proper alignment on projects.
  • Responsible for the scope of work creation.
  • Monitor scope of work execution - identifying when work is out of scope.
  • Responsible for creating all project estimates in collaboration with internal stakeholders, tracking actuals against estimates for all active projects, and maintaining budgets and pacing reports.
  • Qualifications

  • Develops strong relationships and works as a team player.
  • Strong leadership ability - skill set to lead an internal team every step of the way.
  • Prioritizes work and completes the work in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Must be comfortable working in MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (English Level C1-C2).
  • Must be thoroughly organized and able to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated ability to take responsibility and accountability for deliverables.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, 2+ years experience with pharma clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience with project management software examples include Jira, Wrike, Asana.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while handling a high volume of complex projects.
  • Familiarity with various project types including digital media, online advertising, digital analytics, conferences, print advertising, broadcast media, and campaign reporting and analysis.
  • Budget development and contract (SOW) writing experience.
  • Experience in the media industry, preferably at a media agency
  • Other requirements

  • A quiet home office.’
  • Their laptop with webcam & headset, a smartphone, and stable, reliable power & internet connection (fast enough to hold a video call on Zoom without issues).
  • A backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, Satellite Internet, etc.).
  • We are currently hiring in Venezuela, Colombia, and Argentina.
