Conocer el flujograma de la harina. -Levantar puntos físicos de pérdidas de harina. -Levantar las apreciaciones de los equipos de pesada de la harina (balanzas, tolvas, silos, romanas, etc.

Levantar las pérdidas de harina por los porcentajes de mermas en los modelos de producción. -Levantar gráficos históricos de los % de humedad de la harina en las recepciones según COA.

Levantar gráficos históricos de los % de humedad de la harina en las recepciones según análisis interno de humedad -Levantar los planes de acción con las áreas involucradas de acuerdo a las perdidas físicas de harina.

Levantar los planes de acción con las áreas involucradas de acuerdo a las perdidas por merma en los modelos de producción.
