Role Summary : Responsible for providing formal technical & clinical support for customers from the final process of installation, during the training and lifecycle for MRI products.
Responsibilities include providing required pre-sale product demonstrations (or clinical trial support) and post-sale installation, training, customer service activities and ongoing customer support, including on site clinical in-
servicing and remote support.Essential Responsibilities : Clinical Applications Specialist manages deep information regarding the operation of the systems in terms of the integration of the hardware operation and design / target of each software or pulse sequence.
Imparts the knowledge that binds the technological instrument and its diagnostic / therapeutic function.Requires a thorough knowledge of the physiology, nosology and the insertion or importance of the technique by MR within the algorithm for the diagnosis and eventual treatment (what is sought in each exploration to reach the diagnostic objective).
Has communication, Presentation Skills and adequate management of the medical / technical language to impart knowledgeHigh power of suggestion, to model the attitudes or behaviors of the students against the educational challenge that implies the total mastery of the diagnostic instrument.
In partnership with customer execute training plans to fulfill obligations of order that ensures customer competency and high performance in each MRI system.
Collaborate with the delivery of customer training and check the site readiness with HPM / Service / Sales groups.Support and lead MRI Courses, Remote Support and pre-
trainings, some sales activities in region when needed (congress, demo / visit / presentation, advanced application visit for KOL, etc.
Drive realization of revenue thru execution of on-site delivery targets.Provide consultative support to customers in driving customer productivity through the implementation of customer consultative projects.
Become recognized expert in product / clinical technical competencies; answer a wide range of questions concerning software and clinical applications.
When needed, support market growth initiatives (i.e. industry tradeshows, product demos, image quality collection, and clinical sites).
Produce well-written post-training reports and product feedback.Improve customer satisfaction through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customerUse market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategiesCommunicate effectively with members of sales / marketing / service team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues.

Candidate should be comfortable in a physician and clinical / patient care environmentRequired active professional MRI clinical / technical expertise necessary to scan live patients in a clinical Scenario.
Demonstrated current basic clinical scanning proficiencies on current products / platformsMinimum of 5 years clinical / technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical / technical skill in specific Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite productsPossess strong analytical and problem-
