JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Build, develop and train team about expertise in Card to ensure quality control on service
  • Being Involved in staffs recruitment
  • Supervise, appraisals and training to deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Make and monitor daily / weekly / monthly reports
  • Manage customer experience and quality framework of cards operations
  • Control and approve card verification activities and other related card & statement activities
  • Drive process, policy and procedure change for improving the system and service to ensure a longer term solution
  • Lead and involve in improvement of Process / Procedure to optimize process
  • Identify root causes of issues and put forward proposals to the OPS management team
  • Analyze statistics or other data to suggest plan to improve customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Design of department process related documentation
  • Participate in system setting and testing
  • Provide assistant to projects involving Credit Card
  • Working with departments, Card organizations and partner bank to handle relevant tasks
  • Cooperate with relevant Dept., Organizations to make sure serious complaints and required documents submitting correctly and on time
  • Responsible prepare, check and submit all requirement reports to SBV / VISA / GPE exactly and on time
  • Plan budget and headcount according to sales plan to adapt business requirement
  • Other tasks assigned by Deputy Chief of Operations Officer
  • Experience

  • University level
  • Deep knowledge of Card operations, credit card system and processes
  • 5 years experience in manage fraud / dispute, charge back unit experience
  • Experience in managing a group of 5-10 people and at least 2 years in similar position
  • Experience with SBV or Credit Card Organizations related to regulation, policies or circulars
  • Good in English
