We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Be accountable for the Warehouse Operations Plan, Coordinate & Manage Receipt / Issue / Disposal of raw / packaging materials and finished good inventories in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Deliver Inventory accuracy objectives and ensure Operational requirements are consistently applied while complying to all boundaries & requirements on a regular basis.

    Provide appropriate and properly maintained Materials handling / movement equipment and facility to ensure safe and efficient operations.

    Achieve AM-Autonomous maintenance and PM-Progressive maintenance Step completion goals for warehouse equipment & SGA teams to eliminate losses & downtime.

  • Lead optimum utilization of Warehouse space; conduct warehouse capacity plan review on a regular basis. Ensure storage and handling of all materials and finished goods adheres to standard palletizing, stacking and storage requirements.
  • Manage and control the replenishment of stock at Distributor’s warehouses, analysis of inventory movements, to ensure inventory level in the supply chain is at manageable level, and no run or overstock situation and product freshness in the trade.

    Develop & implement overhead budgets to define cost boundaries for an efficient warehouse operation. Ensure cost targets are met via efficient utilization of equipment, workforce and utilities.

    Monitor and control materials wastage and variance to generate productivity savings.

  • Be accountable for strong governance & compliance requirements (warehouse audits, ISO, FSSC, Quality management system audits etc.
  • to be in place, Be a champion to meet and / or exceed Safety & Quality requirements and driving ownership among teams.

  • Be Accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the team and responsible for identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain & develop critical talent and build capability at all levels, technical and behavioral, to build a sustainable workforce profile for the future.
  • Interface with key stakeholders internally & externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, Align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives and goals and maintain 100% compliance to standards, policies and local legal laws

  • Relevant work experience in warehouse and / or production operations, inventory management & handling material movement equipment.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP (SAP) systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
  • The capability to work as the Team Leader, developing and aligning goal / master plan for the team, deploying and managing IDP-Individual development plan for the members, coaching team members on their performance management and career development.

  • Objetivo del puesto : Coordinar y controlar la logística y administración para el Almacén de Materiales, Repuestos y Distribución, garantizando la preparación de las materias primas, envases, equipos y piezas de repuesto, con la disponibilidad de los inventarios al momento de ser requerido, asegurando la continuidad del proceso productivo del negocio, de acuerdo con los requisitos emanados de las áreas de Planificación de Producción, Planificación de Demanda y Logistica y Transporte.
  • Cumpliendo con las normas ambientales, de seguridad y la satisfacción de las necesidades del cliente a través de una cultura de mejora continua.

  • Conocimientos :
  • Química o Industrial o Ingeniero de Alimentos o Administración de Empresas o título de la Logística.
  • Fluido Inglés / Español.

    Conocimientos de Finanzas (Presupuesto).

    Paquete de conocimiento de Sistemas (Microsoft Office, Prisma).

    El conocimiento de procesamiento de alimentos.

  • Destrezas :
  • Organizador.
  • Las habilidades funcionales / técnicos.

    Comprensión interpersonal.

    La resolución de problemas.

    Negociación.

    Toma de decisiones oportuna.

    Construcción de equipos eficaces.

  • Experiencia :
  • 5 o más años en posiciones similares.
  • El personal de supervisión.

    Conocimiento en HACCP, TPM, Normas ISO.

    Formulación del Presupuesto y Control.
