  • Contributing to the development of company sales in the region of Venezuela :
  • Looking for prospective clients in all available sources and places. Our clients are contractors of state owned companies in Venezuela, who perform contracts for value of more than 100 000 US Dollars.

    Accurately maintaining a customer base in the CRM system.

    Cold-calling the perspective clients :

  • getting contacts of decision makers;
  • conduct telephone conversations with decision makers or people who can directly report to them;
  • presenting company products to the decision makers;
  • Sending relevant business proposals to prospective clients on a daily basis;
  • Arranging online meetings with the decision makers on a daily basis.

    Achieving daily, weekly, monthly targets set by the company. The following indicators are important for the job and will be monitored daily :

    number of perspective clients found per day with an accurate contact details of decision makers and accurately filed in the company CRM system.

  • number of companies who are interested in our company products;
  • number of online meetings performed daily;
  • number of emails sent per day;
  • number of whatsapp messages;
  • number of conversations by telephone.

    Salary is paid twice a month in equal parts (on the 5th day of each month and on the 20th day of each month).

    Additional bonus system built solely on the basis of the fulfillment of planned goals. It will be introduced after the candidate will successfully pass the two months of the employment.

In this vacancy, actions mean simple things - make a lot of phone calls every day (at least 50), write a lot of business letters (at least 100, without spelling and stylistic errors), send many commercial offers (at least 20 per day), take a refusal as a challenge , and achieve the set goals.
