Social Media Community Manager Engagement Specialist at BairesDev

We are looking for a Social Media Community Manager Engagement Specialist to develop, articulate, and manage the engagement and response flow for our digital community and generate insights from audience feedback and social listening besides managing BairesDev's presence on digital platforms, including social networks and review-based websites.

What You’ll Do :

  • Engage with our audiences across a variety of digital channels keeping our brand voice and identity.
  • Collaborate with other areas to increase the brand's visibility on social media and other digital platforms.
  • Develop insights from audience feedback to improve our services, policies, and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Content Development Specialist to create engaging content to keep the community active and maintain best practices in content planning.
  • Cooperate with other team members to analyze and report on content performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Moderate community content ensuring a safe and inclusive digital space.
  • Work with other areas to produce and provide timely responses to feedback received from community members.
  • Manage BairesDev's presence on review websites such as Glassdoor, Google My Business, etc.
  • Cooperate with the Social Media Intelligence team to create robust, rich reports and insights on Social Listening.
  • Here’s what we are looking for :

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven creative writing ability.
  • Ability to manage time and tasks, as this is a remote position.
  • Attention to details.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Desirable :

  • Understanging of digital transformation, digital acceleration, and nearshore tech outsourcing.
  • Knowledge and experience in writing about technology or related fields.
  • Familiarity with social media and content management tools such as Hootsuite and Oktopost.
  • Understanding of Customer Service 2.0 practices and tools.
  • Experience in managing technical online communities.
