You will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling of warehousing to ensure efficient inventory and warehouse management and cost-effective delivery of shipment volume objectives.

You will be planning, leading, organizing and controlling the plant’s Dispensary operations for raw & packaging material to provide consistent quality ingredients to production in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

How you will contribute

You will :

  • Be accountable for the Warehouse Operations Plan, Coordinate & Manage Receipt / Issue / Disposal of raw / packaging materials and finished good inventories in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Deliver Inventory accuracy objectives and ensure Operational requirements are consistently applied while complying to all boundaries & requirements on a regular basis.

    Provide appropriate and properly maintained Materials handling / movement equipment and facility to ensure safe and efficient operations.

    Achieve AM-Autonomous maintenance and PM-Progressive maintenance Step completion goals for warehouse equipment & SGA teams to eliminate losses & downtime.

  • Lead optimum utilization of Warehouse space; conduct warehouse capacity plan review on a regular basis. Ensure storage and handling of all materials and finished goods adheres to standard palletizing, stacking and storage requirements.
  • Manage and control the replenishment of stock at Distributor’s warehouses, analysis of inventory movements, to ensure inventory level in the supply chain is at manageable level, and no run or overstock situation and product freshness in the trade.

    Develop & implement overhead budgets to define cost boundaries for an efficient warehouse operation. Ensure cost targets are met via efficient utilization of equipment, workforce and utilities.

    Monitor and control materials wastage and variance to generate productivity savings.

  • Be accountable for strong governance & compliance requirements (warehouse audits, ISO, FSSC, Quality management system audits etc.
  • to be in place, Be a champion to meet and / or exceed Safety & Quality requirements and driving ownership among teams.

  • Be Accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the team and responsible for identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain & develop critical talent and build capability at all levels, technical and behavioral, to build a sustainable workforce profile for the future.
  • Interface with key stakeholders internally & externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, Align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives and goals and maintain 100% compliance to standards, policies and local legal laws.

  • Relevant work experience in warehouse and / or production operations, inventory management & handling material movement equipment.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP (SAP) systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
  • The capability to work as the Team Leader, developing and aligning goal / master plan for the team, deploying and managing IDP-Individual development plan for the members, coaching team members on their performance management and career development.

    Propósito : Coordinar, administrar, dirigir y controlar las recepciones y el manejo de materia prima, material de empaque y los almacenes externos de la misma, con el objeto de asegurar el buen manejo y almacenamiento, garantizando su existencia para dar continuidad al proceso productivo, buena gestión en la rotación inventarios de materiales, mediante procesos de monitoreo y control de las entradas y salidas de los mismo y conteos cíclicos.

  • Responsabilidades :

  • Coordinar el seguimiento al inventario de materiales en los almacenes de planta (Materia Prima, Material de Empaque y RAM).
  • Controlar el inventario de recursos ubicados en Almacenes externos (Secos y Refrigerados), cumpliendo con las políticas y lineamientos de Aseguramiento de la Calidad, Seguridad y Ambiente, administrando correctamente los recursos asignados para esta función (Transporte, empaque, Personal, Equipos de Carga entre otros.)

  • Administrar el suministro de materiales a producción, para evitar su paralización por falta de abastecimiento, cumpliendo con las políticas y estándares de producción.
  • Supervisar al personal bajo su responsabilidad, para garantizar la efectividad en el cumplimiento de sus asignaciones y objetivos.
  • Además de realizar evaluaciones periódicas a fin de sugerir su promoción a nuevos puestos de trabajo en planta.

  • Revisar y monitorear los movimientos de inventarios en el Sistema SADA SICA.
  • Elaborar rotación de turnos de trabajo del personal supervisado y mantener los controles necesarios, a fin de garantizar el recurso humano, necesario para el desarrollo de las actividades en el departamento.
  • Gestionar los indicadores de gestión de los almacenes bajo el esquema SQCDMS.
  • Monitorear las vidas útiles de los materiales para garantizar el buen manejo del inventario aplicando FIFO o LIFO.
  • Controlar las salidas de materiales de la planta (Materias Primas, Empaques, Desechos no peligros
  • Requisitos :

  • Ingeniero Industrial, Alimentos, Mecánico; Químico, Lic. Logística o carrera a fin.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en cargos de Logística, Almacenamiento y Manejo de Inventarios.
  • Experiencia en Manejo de Inventarios SADA SICA
  • Experiencia en la industria de consumo masivo de alimentos
