    Were a prestigious company working in the digital marketing field, and now, we're looking for a COMMUNITY MANAGER who can improve the quality of our sales work.

    and fill out the next position : COMMUNITY MANAGER FULL bilingual, FULL time.

    This is a full time role.

    This is a remote position - but the candidate will be required to work hours that overlap the timezone of Venezuela, from 9 a.m to 5 p.m.

    Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    Ability to hear, process, and respond to feedback from community members and come up with creative solutions to meet their needs.

    We are hiring at various experience levels and were particularly interested in having a diverse team with a broad set of skills and viewpoints.

    Experience in Community Management is required ( BONUS : 3 years minimum).

    Excellent internet.

    Self-starter mentality with the ability to proactively get on with work.

    A creative thinker, able to come up with innovative new ideas and solutions.

    A confident and clear communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills over email, social media, zoom calls.

    Excellent knowledge of Social Media and the value it brings to business.

    Excellent organisational and follow up skills

    Excellent problem-solving skills, can adapt to any situation and propose clear logical solutions to problems.

    Upbeat, proactive attitude and a love for helping others succeed.

    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    Effective Communicator.

    Ideal COMMUNITY MANAGER.

    Community Manager experience and expertise in Agile methods, Gantt & startups.

    Some experience managing an online user community, or some years combined experience leading and working with an online user community.

    Bonus, but not required (shout about it in your application if you have experience). A proven history of engaging with marketing and executive leadership in planning longer term community initiatives.

    Some freelancing experience.

    An organized, responsible, punctual, accountable individual who has a sense of urgency and recognizes the importance of adhering to our PR company and customer service standards.

    Ability to work well with the team as a whole. This means actively contributing at team meetings, maintaining flexibility in their scheduling, and a willingness to adapt to changes in workflow and environment as our business is ever-changing.

    Language requirements :

    High level of English fluency (written and spoken). Advance English level is required for this position, must be able to hold a fluid conversation

    Additional requirements :

    Availability to work full time from home .

    Stable internet connection.

    A desktop or laptop in optimal condition
