  • Managing TLS system tickets both incident and request.
  • Attending in UAT test for any project which impacts to TLS.
  • Consulting TLS system feasibility / solution to business / and project team.
  • Reporting to TLS MIS manager for system issue, change, and improvement.
  • Improving & optimizing TLS systems and dialer.
  • Informing business user system change.
  • Updating system setting base on business requirement.
  • Providing and instructing business quick win solution when incidents happens.
  • Handle tasks assigned by line manager.

  • Bachelor of university or above in IT
  • At least 3 years of experience at IT system / change request
  • Have leading a team at least 1 year, and from team leader level
  • Have knowledge in IT system / software / ticket
  • Having experience with TLS systems such as dialer system, contract original system, and campaign management system
  • Have knowledge of people management and task management
  • Fluent in English ( 4 skills : speaking, reading, writing, and listening)
  • Good at MS Office and presentation
