Yummly is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist who is passionate about creating great experiences! This role is a key ingredient to ensuring that we are continuing to add the best talent to our expanding team.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers, recruiters and the People Team.
What’s on the menu :
Crafting and executing the best candidate experience by being the point person for the interview process and working across teams to delight candidates
Manage our Applicant Tracking System
Coach hiring managers and interviewers on best practices for interviews and candidate experience
Manage relationships with external recruiters for the candidate hand-off to Yummly
Deliver regular reporting to track results and impact. Data will help develop new Talent Acquisition strategies and tactics
Manage the Yummly brand on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other platforms and events
Attend relevant hiring events
Work closely with the Senior People Business Partner to seamlessly on-board new hires
Key Ingredients you bring to the kitchen :
2+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition role in technology companies
Experience using Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking Systems
Versed in best practices for delighting candidates throughout the interview process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
You have a team mentality and want to make an impact
You are passionate about crafting amazing experiences for people
