Staffing Recruiter Job Description
Good Labor Jobs Staffing Recruiter will match qualified candidates with the right position that aligns with their background and skill set. This position will build relationships with candidates in order to best understand where he or she will make the biggest impact.
As a Staffing Recruiter you will be on the front line of this effort as you build and support relationships with teammates, applicants, and customers. You will be recruiting and placing teammates in various sites across the United States at various positions.
Strong Communication skills

Can enjoy and work constructively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
Staffing Industry experience (A plus)
Partner with client to determine staffing needs
Resume building of top candidates for marketing to clients
Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Perform background checks and drug screens
Make hiring recommendations to Account Manager
Follow up on the interview process status
Maintain relationships with both internal staff and clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicate policies and procedures and benefits during screening process
Stay informed on policies, federal, and state laws regarding employment practices
Process E-Verify, I-9, background checks & drug testing protocols and compliance
Solid understanding and compliance of workers compensation protocol
$25 bonus for each worker recruited who arrives to worksite and completes one full week of work (40 hours)
