Ensure correctness of documents for POS opening, change status of POS to be activated in system as timeline.
Ensure number of POS be opened according to Sales' target & active POS enough Business Corporation Agreement and interest letter in system.
Check the accuracy of legal documents to make sure compliance with internal POS opening rules.
Ensure the POS deactivation / closing activities align with procedure.
Contact with related departments proactively to support sales network fixing mistakes according to internal process.
Other related duties required by line manager and Sales Admin Specialist.

University degree in Business Administration or related
Good communication skills
Good Micro soft word, excel and powerpoint skills
At least 1 years experience in sales admin, administrative work
