JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure correctness of documents for POS opening, change status of POS to be activated in system as timeline.
  • Ensure number of POS be opened according to Sales' target & active POS enough Business Corporation Agreement and interest letter in system.
  • Check the accuracy of legal documents to make sure compliance with internal POS opening rules.
  • Ensure the POS deactivation / closing activities align with procedure.
  • Contact with related departments proactively to support sales network fixing mistakes according to internal process.
  • Other related duties required by line manager and Sales Admin Specialist.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in Business Administration or related
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Micro soft word, excel and powerpoint skills
  • At least 1 years experience in sales admin, administrative work
  • Good English skills : writing, reading, speaking
