JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Determines training needs by traveling with sales field; observing sales assistant; studying sales results reports; be side by side with sales managers;
  • Plan, organize and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, which includes online and offline, to internal and external sales teams with highly productive, timely and professional;
  • Design training material for sales force to ensure effective, clearly and professional delivery;
  • Join field work with sales leaders to coach and give them feedback how to improve sales performance; seeking ongoing feedback and keep lines of communication open to sales field.
  • Provide on-going training support for sales force through workshops and meetings;
  • Involve in training projects as a project member to develop training material as required;
  • Other tasks to be assigned by Line Manager.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • BA degree in relevant field
  • At least 01 years experience in training or educational or sales management
  • Soft skills : Presentation; Critical thinking; Problem Solving & Decision Making; Collaboration;
  • A generic understanding of Information Technology, its capabilities and principles;
  • Be familiar to MS Word, Excel, PPT
  • To be able to travel;
  • Customer oriented trait
  • Willing to share and support others
  • Integrity & respectfulness
  • Focus on results
  • Hardworking, persistent, highly trustworthy, accurate, loyal;
  • Confident personality.
  • Strong English skills (oral & written);
  • Experience in project management (knowledge of formal methods for project planning, monitoring etc ) is an advantage;
  • Previous work experience in a multinational company is an advantage.
  • Be familiar to MS Visio, Photoshop
  • Ability to be pro-active, adaptive and dynamic;
