  • Designing customer lifecycle management strategies
  • Define all the phases of the customer lifecycle (acquisition, X-Sell, Up-Sell, Retention, Reactivation) for all products (cash, credit card, repeated POS)
  • Define customer segments with different customer value and defining strategies to obtain higher customer value from the customer base.
  • Giving guidance in customer value analysis
  • Proactively cooperates in the area of defining acquisition products to support further successful gaining of customer value
  • Cooperation on the product development and cooperation on the process changes and enhancements
  • Closely cooperate with CRM teams (Credit card team, Analytical team, Digital team) and cross-department teams (Risk, Product, Finance, online, Sales etc.)
  • Estimations and monitoring of Acquisition pilot performance on lifetime value
  • Define and monitor customer lifecycle KPIs
  • Responsibility for CRM Area project and process management
  • Ensure profitability of all X-sell products as per budget
  • Ensure volume and number of credit cards and repeated POSs is delivered as per plan
  • Active and regular monitoring of competitors activities together with the Research department and initiate appropriate actions to be the leader on the market

  • At least 05 year experience in CRM / Product management / Product development / Sales in Finance / Fin-tech / Banking / Insurance / E-commerce
  • Having previous experience in lifecycle management is a must. Strong understanding of life cycle with a focus to increase customer values and profitability.
  • Business analysis skills; ability to interpret / analyse data
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to work under the pressure
  • Having managerial skills are an advantage
