The ideal applicant will be an integral part of the development and execution of Social Media and/or marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p> </p><p><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">Our Social Media & Marketing Specialists conduct multiple tasks related to optimizing social media and marketing campaigns. The exact job description depends on the specific project and client our team member is assigned to, but some of the activities associated with these roles include. </span></p><p> </p><ul><li><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">Research</span></li><li><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">Assist in achieving superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic, and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.</span></li><li><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.</span></li><li><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content</span></li><li><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community</span></li><li><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas </span></li><li><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts</span></li><li><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV, etc.)</span></li><li><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies</span></li><li><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">Undertake individual tasks of a marketing or social media plan as assigned</span></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p> </p><p>The typical profile of a Valatam team member is a bilingual university graduate/student with highly advanced English writing and speaking abilities and a neutral accent (C1-C2). Our members are computer-savvy and proficient with Microsoft programs and Google Suite. </p><p> </p><p>We require applicants to have relevant education and industry-specific work experience for this role.
