Bachelor's Degree / Equivalent. Two (2) years professional, commercial, or industrial sales experience. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self motivated. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize. Strong human relations and negotiation skills. Ability to make presentations to small and large groups.
Travel required and must be computer literate. Fluent in English.
To directly sell all FedEx products and services to present FedEx customers and potential customers in a defined geographic territory resulting in net additional revenue to FedEx. x000D
Sell all FedEx products and services to an existing customer base in a defined geographic territory with revenue generating responsibility as defined by FedEx management, resulting in net incremental revenue.
Sell all FedEx products and services to non-FedEx customers within a defined geographic area; utilize all available sales tactics to continually add new customers in a revenue band defined by FedEx management.
Develop and implement a lead generation process which utilizes all FedEx resources (Couriers, station employees, etc ) to ensure a steady flow of quality leads that result in incremental revenue.
Develop and implement a sales work plan and schedule that ensures minimum attainment of all required sales activities including sales calls, service calls, proposal presentation, trips, as well as any other sales activities defined by FedEx management.
Develop and maintain a territory intelligence system that records, stores, and reports all sales activities, account information, market place and industry information, and competitive information as well as any other information deemed necessary by FedEx management.
Handle and / or coordinate with station employees on all customer problem resolution activities and ensure a timely follow-up.
Gather, prepare and submit all sales related reports to Sales Manager.
