  • Work alongside the Project Managers (PMs) to track, gather and dispense all of the information the various team members need to do their jobs effectively, therefore keeping the entire project running smoothly.
  • On a daily basis - perform a variety of tasks such as (but not limited to) : Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings;
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings; Documenting & following up on important actions & decisions from meetings.

  • Developing an in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes; Maintaining and monitoring project schedules & progress;
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met & staying under budget. Knowledge of IT systems to support PMs & project team perform testing stage smoothly, record issue log, problem-

  • solving with project team members; Understanding formal escalation and review processes; Throughout project documentation;
  • Communicating with team members to ensure optimal strategy and maximum efficiency, etc. therefore making sure all project information is well organized and coordinated among project team members.

  • Assist PMO department in managing PMO’s project Portfolio : request for new projects, overall & recording regular status update of PMO’s projects and keep track the variance for Head of PMO, update the changes related to project’s scopes, cost, schedule, and quality -
  • ensuring the Project Managers are well informed about any changes;
  • Updating and documenting information related to project governance (framework, project management process, department reports, etc.)
  • Perform any other tasks, activities assigned by the direct line manager

  • University or college degree preferable in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration.
  • Candidate with a record of formal training related to project management is preferable.
  • Have at least 1-year experience involving in project activities. A proven track record of involvement in major projects and / or activities in industries such as finance or insurance or banking is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
  • Familiar with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project or equivalent)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
