The Talent Engagement Manager is accountable for leading the holistic service delivery of all hiring in Venezuela market.
The role is focused on ensuring a high quality of service delivery and ensuring the robust delivery of Diageo’s Talent Ambition, whether through an internal move or an external hire.
The role is deeply connected to the two key business functions and ensures business performance delivery through the execution of the talent component of the multi-year talent planning process and ensures compliant hiring takes place.
The Talent Engagement Manager is accountable for leading the holistic service delivery of all hiring across Venezuela recruitment market or under the agreed budget.
The focus is on delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience at pace with the focus around critical and key roles, particularly those that are revenue generating or critical to the business ever being vacant.

The Talent Engagement Manager operates as a strategic partner and leader across all areas of the business to ensure all internal moves and external hires strengthen the succession pools.
Ultimately, ensuring strong delivery of the MYTP through facilitating and orchestrating talent movement and acquisition.
and the broader HR community to ensure deep commercial understanding and the talent agenda is strengthened and supports delivery of the business performance.
