HR ADMINISTRATION & EXPAT COORDINATOR IRC218341

At Eni , we are looking for an HR Administration and Expat Coordinator within Eni Venezuela in Av. Orinoco, Caracas, Venezuela .

You will be responsible for ensuring the Administration of Contracts and Contractual Benefits in accordance with the provisions of the expatriate staff and local staff policy, as well as the benefits applicable by law, such as vacations, social security, taxes, among others, both at the time of assignment.

and repatriation of personnel, receiving support from those responsible for internal areas (General Services, Training, Administration).

As a member of the Human Resources Department at Eni Venezuela you will be responsible for :

  • Coordinating communication between Eni Corporate, Eni Venezuela B.V. and other entities to provide Human Resources support to all expatriate personnel
  • Supervising and controlling activities for the correct application of immigration laws for the assignment of expatriate personnel in the country.
  • Prepare the documentation of expatriate personnel and their families for Contracts, Work Permits, TR-N Visa, TR-L Visa, ID, License, Exceptions Requests, among others.

  • Supervising the process of registering the children of expatriate staff in schools and payment of maintenance fees in clubs and gyms.
  • Coordinating and controlling the liaison with the internal departments, external consultants designated by the HQ, and y to guarantee the Income Tax declaration process for expatriate personnel.
  • Supervising and technical, contractual, and economic monitoring with the suppliers required in the area for the efficiency of the processes, in cooperation with the procurement department, among them, immigration services, tax advisers, schools, removals, relocations, clubs, gyms, etc.
  • Supervising the administration and payroll and assist in the Cost Planning process, verifying, and guaranteeing payroll, billing, and administrative records, as well as any other information that the department requires.
  • Keep track of payments to expatriate staff, inter-company billing, Per Diem expenses and hotel accommodation during pre-contractual missions and assignment period, expenses, expense reports, discounts, etc.

  • Coordinating medical activities required for expatriate personnel, with the focal point in the subsidiary and at the headquarters.
  • Participating in the preparation of the G&A budget of the HRO & GS Management.
  • Providing support to the EERR Management in corporate events such as : Christmas gifts for employees, corporate gifts, special events (mothers day, etc)
  • Preparing and updating internal company policies and procedures according to their scope. Ex : expatriate manual, among others
  • Representation before government entities and external authorities
  • Carring out special projects in the area assigned by Management
  • This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :

  • Education : Industrial Relations or related
  • Previous experience within a HR Department covering the broad range of HR administrative activities and Expat Staff management.
  • Oil Industry experience

  • Languages : Advance knowledge of English / Italian desirable
  • Good knowledge of health standards, taxes, and internal policies of the sector
  • Advanced Knowledge of the Venezuelan Labor Law and its Regulations
  • Knowledge of Immigration Law in Venezuela
