Iconic Mind is an IT company based in the United States with a division in the Dominican Republic, we are looking for Remote Customer Service Representative to provide customer service assistance to one of our clients from the medical industry.
We are looking for someone to schedule appointments, verify schedules, send emails, and answer calls : all proper tasks for a customer service representative.
Fluent english (written and spoken).Remote position. Ability to follow up. Work under pressure. Great intrapersonal skills.
Responsible. Proactive and dedicated. Enthusiastic. Team worker. Intermediate to high communication skills (english). Call Center experience is a plus.
