JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To confer with vendors to obtain products or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
  • To select products for procurement by testing, observing, or examining items.
  • To estimate values according to knowledge of market price.
  • To prepare purchase orders or bidding requests.
  • To review and negotiates contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority.
  • To maintain manual or computerized procurement records, such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.
  • To discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action.

    University / College degree

  • Good English
  • Good Computer skills (MS Office)
