1. Main Task :

  • Provide Front Desk service as welcome guess, take care main door, issue cards taxi, access
  • Collecting & ordering Stationery, Flower for User from Depts
  • Check & arrange related payment of Regional Offices to Suppliers, make sure constantly service
  • Coordination between Supplier, Partner, Depts, Line Manager, handle with issue in own field
  • Contribute idea, brand-storming, create proposal, process update information to improve company procedure. Perform master in own field
  • Other tasks are assigned from Admin Manager
  • 2. Support Task :

  • Willing to support Admin Team & Other Depts as capacity to help Users focus on their main function
  • Back up each other when someone have day OFF, to ensure Admin service all the working time (Building HD )
  • Backup Admin Team in some other project related to Admin

  • Experience in Admin field (If any)
  • Computer Skill to create files, search internet
  • Be able to use office device as paper cutting, printer, coffee machine
  • General English to understand exactly & feedback right to Users
  • Good at soft skills to support daily task :
  • Problem Solving to flexible & confident when handling with issue in both short term & long term
  • Communication Skill to ensure not misunderstand Users
  • Scheduling & organization skill to make sure arrangement Admin Service in professional way
  • Time Management skill to ensure meet deadline in data & report
  • Negotiation skill to have Win Win solution to maintain good relation ship in company
