JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and events;
  • Work with IT & Maintenance Team to support the Department's facility issues
  • Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports, including travel requests, flight and hotel bookings, visas registration, expense settlements for Department Head and team members (such as transportation allowance, per diem, business travel fees, entertainment fees, outsourcing contracts)
  • Greet visitors and prepare the facilities for them (access card, taxi card, hotel)
  • Prepare facilities for newcomers
  • Provide administrative support for the operations team
  • Copy, collate, sort and distribute materials, stationaries; check documents before submitting to Department Head for approval signatures.
  • Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
  • Monthly Accrued Expense - cross check with monthly forecast
  • Make PRS online.
  • Follow up for sign off from Head of Divisions
  • Support the team with processing documents

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor or College degree in a relevant major.
  • Solid knowledge of office administration, supervision & personnel management.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
  • Good office computing skills.
  • Advanced English skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
