Join the HR team for the Regional Shared Services, which supports Amazon across certain EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) countries.
The hub provides a multi-language support to the internal customers, and is looking for ERC (Employee Resource Center) Manager to join the team.
Reporting to the Team Manager, the team acts as first point of contact for employees via phone, email and internal case management system by answering Employee’s life-cycle queries.
Night Shifts model; Monday - Sunday
Responsibilities :
Lead and develop a team of 10 or more Associates and Specialists by being responsible for the overall direction, performance management, coordination and evaluation of the team
Build effective relationships with regional and global stakeholders and / or 3rd party vendors
Identify and manage projects for continue processes improvement
Handling calls and tickets during All Hands on Deck’ situations and Peak
Respond to escalations, providing root cause analysis and actions to be taken in a timely manner
Additional responsibilities : conduct interviews, delegate tasks and assignment; reward and discipline employees; effective conflict resolution
