Join the Getting Started team (GS) in the EMEA. Providing support for applicants and is looking for a Getting Started Team Manager.

The person selected will ensure an end to end, frustration-free journey for the candidates.

Getting Started supports candidates globally by monitoring their data in HR systems, helping candidates transition from offer accepted to employee status.

This includes answering any questions regarding the candidate’s tasks to complete as well as monitoring for completion and advising of start date changes.

Key job responsibilities

  • Gain the subject expertise and handle the real time challenges.
  • Understand forecasting and how it effects the team SLA’s.
  • Process transactions as and when required based on volumes and stay close to the process to spot differences or enhance the workflows.
  • Participate in audits, generate reports, results and recommendations.
  • First point of contact for escalations from the team and ensure that identified issues are tracked and monitored to closure.
  • Identify potential escalations, communicate and work with the team manager in resolving it.
  • Own the SOP’s and make sure they are reviewed at regular intervals, updated and provide the most current information.
  • Assist with new projects as need arises.

  • Track data that helps to assess the SLA / KPI metrics, forecasting and performance reviews.
  • Roll up sleeves and work with the team for any emerging operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive process improvements.
  • Work with single or multiple countries and for all Amazon business lines.
  • Constantly display high integrity values while dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Communicate with different stake holders involved in the onboarding process to track and update on any escalations / crisis situations.
